Nikita is a curator and writer based in London, by way of Ghana. Her practice is informed by her background in human rights, and an interest in aesthetic forms and their socio-political implications.

Nikita was an inaugural curatorial fellow on the New Curators programme, and has worked on exhibitions including Kerry James Marshall: The Histories, a major survey of the artist’s work at the Royal Academy of Arts; Rythm Mastr: The Chronicles, the first show in the UK dedicated to Kerry James Marshall’s comic project and, most recently, Nomenclature for the Time Being, a group exhibition at Raven Row.

Currently, she is the Dorset Curatorial Fellow for Modern and Contemporary Projects at the National Gallery, London.
