Memories for the Future is a hyperlocal community-led programme that researches and responds to the intangible heritage of the people who shaped Peckham’s iconic Rye Lane.

Nikita is a curator and writer based in London, by way of Ghana. Her practice is informed by her background in human rights, and an interest in aesthetic forms and their socio-political implications.

Sebastian is a multi disciplinary maker and designer from Melbourne, Australia where he has learnt to create, make and construct over a range of spaces and projects.

Lauren Rechere is a spatial designer and project coordinator who has worked across live events, exhibitions and festivals within publicly funded cultural organisations, supporting artists and community groups to bring public programmes to life.

Mark Miller is the former director of Tate Learning and an artist exploring intersections between rural Jamaican and urban British experiences.

Elsa is a designer based in London, who graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2026. She works across editorial, illustration, and arts production.

Alisha currently works as the curatorial assistant for Modern British Art at Tate Britain whilst also completing an MA in History of Art at UCL.

Raine Allen-Miller is a British director and writer, widely recognised for her breakout directorial debut feature film, Rye Lane (2023).

Rachel Sale is a Peckham-based artist and designer who leads F.A.T. Studio CIC, a community-focused creative studio run from a shop on Old Kent Road in south London. Rachel works across many mediums, from printmaking to publishing, illustration to performance, but what sits at the heart of her practice is collaboration.

Bamidele Awoyemi is an artist, designer and architect of Yoruba descent based in London.

With a deep interest in the overlaps between different cultures and values, his work has involved using design as a storytelling tool, interrogating and speculating on networks and systems.

Molly Burrows is an artist and creative facilitator based in south London. Her practice explores abstraction of the human form, using collage, ceramics and paint to tell an ongoing story of characters at ease in their natural environments.

Catherine Morton-Abuah seeks to document life – condensing memories, emotions and observations of the world around her through a creative practice spanning across visual art, DJ-ing and arts programming with children and young people. 

Sauda Mabuye is a graphic designer and visual communicator working across branding, editorial design, and visual identity.

Myah Asha Jeffers is a London based, Barbados raised artist whose practice spans portraiture, documentary photography and writing and directing for stage / screen.
