We hope you’re happy with your Peckham Platform Shop order, but in case you’ve changed your mind, or if there’s a problem with your item, you can find information below to make a return.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

To cancel your order please contact our customer service team by email at shop@peckhamplatform.com
If you’ve ordered a custom print and need to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours as production may have already started. Please note, custom prints are made to order and are not refundable unless an error is made by Peckham Platform.
RETURNS POLICY FOR SHOP PRODUCTS
Should you wish to return your order, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if your merchandise is purchased online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if requested in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This will include any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on custom prints unless products are faulty or Peckham Platform has made a mistake. Custom prints are exempt as they are made to order.
Should you find a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) do let us know immediately by emailing shop@peckhamplatform.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
We are only able to offer delivery and returns to mainland UK.
HOW TO RETURN SHOP PRODUCTS
To return all or part of your order, you will find a slip on the bottom of the delivery note in your parcel. Please include this when returning and send the items back to us at:

Once the item is received with the return slip, your refund, replacement or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. Items will need to be returned in pristine condition, and original packaging.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account.
