Our first Arts Week took place during August 2026. We hosted 5 days packed with creative workshops, skill-building and career support for a group of local 15-18 year olds. This included a t-shirt screenprinting project led by Rachel Sale of F.A.T Studio CIC, a mentoring session led by Arts Emergency, a portfolio advice session led by university tutors, a visit to the Hayward Gallery and an opportunity for professional headshots. The week was based at The Hub, UAL.

Throughout the week, we saw participants grow closer as a group of friends, develop their artworks collaboratively and strengthen their individual portfolios.
The culmination of the screenprinting project was a long-sleeved t-shirt that had been collaboratively designed using sketches inspired by Peckham. The group walked through Peckham wearing their designs at the end of the week, celebrating and reflecting on their achievements and learning from the week.

As part of Arts Week, we also hosted an evening panel discussion, titled What Got Me Here.
The conversation, open to the public, saw five creative professionals share personal stories and practical advice on the many routes, possibilities and challenges of pursuing a creative career.
