Lola Komolafe is a London based illustrator and graphic designer engaging with the role of design to provide visibility and representation, particularly for minority and underrepresented groups.

Lola completed her Art Foundation Diploma in 2021 at Kingston School of Art, specialising in Visual Communication. At present she is in her second year of study on the BA Hons Graphic Design course at Camberwell College of Arts, with a particular interest in photography and publishing.

In the future, Lola hopes to continue to produce socially conscious and participatory design work to provide a platform for the unique cultures, voices and lived experiences of communities both in London and beyond.

At the heart of her practice, she connects intergenerational communities with art activism, preserving aural and tangible histories through authentic creation.
