Lola Komolafe is a London-born-and-bred, mixed-heritage graphic designer.
She completed her BA in Graphic Design from Camberwell School of Arts in 2024 (where she was chosen as student speaker to address over 300 people). Throughout the last few years she has designed for projects funded by the Arts Council England as well as National Lottery Heritage, and worked for brands such as UAL, South London Gallery and online shopping platforms Yard + Parish and MRKT.
Rooted in a natural sense of curiosity (as well as lifelong love for learning), she is shaped greatly by the lived experiences of the communities around her. Listening more and more to these layers of nuance, she creates unique iterations each project, allowing for new storytelling to grow.
In the future, Lola wants to keep building her experience across design/ branding (especially across publication design and creative strategy.) With this continued development she hopes to bring her own angle within much a range of much needed new voices.
