Melanie Manchot’s multi-channel video installation explores the intimate stories, rituals, repetitions and ruptures of lives spent in addiction and recovery.
In 2015 artist Melanie Manchot discussed the inspiration behind her ambitious film installation, Twelve, with Dr Pratap Rugani, documentary filmmaker and then Reader in Documentary Film at University of the Arts London.
These resources offer a range of reference materials around drug and alcohol misuse, focusing on movies, music, art and books.
Pass(Portal) is a free print and digital activity pack to facilitate creative conversations on the meaning of diaspora on a micro level, exploring home, culture, and travel.
A Journey Through Time and Culture is a free activity pack to facilitate creative conversations on the meaning of diaspora. Though it was designed with a classroom setting in mind for KS3 and KS4, it is open and appropriate for use in a variety of settings for all ages.
In 2024 we launched Memories for the Future, a two-year inquiry exploring the contributions of the diaspora in shaping Peckham’s identity and heritage.
